Ethics Channel Model
ETHICS CHANNEL MODEL
In compliance with Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory breaches and combating corruption, GONZALEZ ARTE Y DECORACION SL makes available to its employees, collaborators and third parties an Ethics Channel for reporting possible regulatory breaches or conduct contrary to the Code of Ethics.
What can be reported?
- Actions or omissions that may constitute a breach of European Union law.
- Serious or very serious criminal or administrative offences.
- Conduct contrary to GAD's Code of Ethics.
- Irregularities in financial or accounting management.
- Any other conduct that may pose a risk to the organisation.
Channel guarantees
Confidentiality
All communications are handled with absolute confidentiality, protecting the identity of the informant.
Protection of the whistleblower
Retaliation against those who report possible breaches in good faith is expressly prohibited.
Presumption of innocence
The presumption of innocence of the persons investigated and their right to defence are respected.

You may also send a written communication to the postal address: C/ Llevant, 1, 08338 Premià de Dalt (Barcelona), for the attention of the Ethics Committee.
Management of communications
Communications received will be managed by GAD's Ethics Committee, which will analyse each case and take the appropriate measures. Acknowledgement of receipt will be sent within a maximum of 7 days and a response will be provided within a maximum of 3 months.
